Highly recommend. Window world replaced seven windows in my home. They did a mix of new construction and replacement at my request. The sales people, Dan Mello and Kris Dwyer, were not pushy at all. Dan was very clear about explaining how the windows would work look and function and create efficiency. Kris came up with a creative solution for my kitchen window, to drop it from two casement windows to one big one, which looks much nicer than a straight replacement and saved me money. The installers were professional, efficient, and cleaned up after their work. I liked that they had straightforward pricing, and that the business is woman-owned. (Which is probably why they have straightforward pricing 🤪). I will use them again for sure when I do more windows.

I had an excellent experience with Window World of Rhode Island. I was a little apprehensive to start the process of replacing my windows, fearful of being 'sold' a product and taken advantage of, but this was not the case. From the initial call to schedule a free estimate, the staff was warm and competent. The people team was wonderful and very patient with my many questions and needs to reschedule. The in home appointment was genuinely informative and respected my home, design, and desires. I never felt handled, sold to, or misled. The install was great, despite having to reschedule due to weather, the job was done within the timeframe quoted and looks amazing. As a consumer who reads reviews and shops around for everything before buying, I'm so happy reached out to Window World, I would recommend them on the basis of quality, transparency, and being genuinely good people.
