I've needed to replace my basement windows since I bought my house 14 years ago - I've had two other companies replace the first and second for windows over the years but nobody could replace my super tiny, weirdly sized basement windows except for one and the price was too high for me to manage. We met Tiffany at the RI home show and had Mark come out to give us a quote. He assured us that they could do the windows and the quote was right around what we hoped to spend on the project. The team was friendly, went out of their way to make us windows that work, and took extra time researching because of our odd size and the lack of options it left us. The team who came to replace the windows was friendly, courteous, and did a great job. If I ever need more windows replaced, window world will be my first call!
