David Melville and his crew — Brendan and Ian — were fantastic!! They were friendly, efficient, and incredibly easy to work with. The installation was smooth from start to finish, and their attention to detail really showed. The new windows look amazing, and the crew made sure everything was cleaned up perfectly before they left.

I called and spoke to someone at Window World and found that indeed our windows were still guaranteed. There was no issue having them order New upper sashes for the windows and have them replaced. I am very pleased with the product that they stand by the warranty. I highly suggest them.
