We needed to replace 16 windows and someone recommended Window World and they were right! They are a great price, salesman was not pushy and the installation was awesome. Sal Silva and his crew were on time, curious, friendly and explained everything. It was 85 degrees in my house that day and very humid and Sal and crew went to work and finished the installation in 1 day. They cleaned everything up and Sal walked with me to inspect them and answered any questions I had

Initial meeting was informative without the high pressure sales. The came measured the windows and the windows are made in USA to order after being measured by the installation team. Windows arrived in six weeks. The installation team arrived the next day to begin installing the ten windows. Our home was build in 1913 so our windows are not standard size. On day one all the windows were removed and the new ones installed. Day two was trim inside and out. The installer was extremely knowledgeable and tidy during the entire process. Highly recommend this company and ask for Sal he was great!

I've needed to replace my basement windows since I bought my house 14 years ago - I've had two other companies replace the first and second for windows over the years but nobody could replace my super tiny, weirdly sized basement windows except for one and the price was too high for me to manage. We met Tiffany at the RI home show and had Mark come out to give us a quote. He assured us that they could do the windows and the quote was right around what we hoped to spend on the project. The team was friendly, went out of their way to make us windows that work, and took extra time researching because of our odd size and the lack of options it left us. The team who came to replace the windows was friendly, courteous, and did a great job. If I ever need more windows replaced, window world will be my first call!

I highly recommend Window World for window replacement. It was a great experience from beginning to end. Mark, our sales rep, was great at explaining their product and the progress. The pricing was straightforward and excellent. (Much cheaper than the other company that quoted us.) Mark was very easy to work with and kept in touch throughout the project. Our windows were installed well within the time frame we were given. The installers (Sal and his team) were professional, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves.
